ALL MEAT ROASTING TIMPLADA

DIRECTIONS WHEN USED FOR WHOLE LECHON (Ex. Pig, Turkey, Beef, Goat etc.) :

1. Weight your Live Pig or any meat ready for lechon.

2. Measure the All-Meat Roasting Timplada Mix based on the serving suggestion table.

3. Pour 500ml of clear soft drinks/soda (inside the butchered pig) to every 30 kilos of pig weight or any meat.

4. You may add other spices such as 1/4kg garlic. 1/4kg onion, 1/4kg onion leaves (sibuyas dahon), 1/4 bell pepper (atsal) and 1/2kg lemon grass for every 30 kg live pig or any meat.

5. Apply and spread 250 ml of dark soft drinks/soda to the entire skin of the butchered pig or any meat.


DIRECTIONS FOR OTHER MEAT FOR GRILLING:

1. Scatter 35 grams of all-Meat Roasting Timplada for every one kilo of meat before grilling/roasting.
